ASHEVILLE, N.C. (828newsNOW) — The 44th Annual Western North Carolina Parade of Homes, hosted by the Builders Association of the Blue Ridge Mountains, is set for the weekends of Oct. 11-12 and 18-19. This year’s event will showcase a diverse lineup of homes across the region — in Asheville, Weaverville, Black Mountain and beyond — available for touring both in person and virtually.
The homes span a variety of styles, sizes and price points, designed to appeal to every type of buyer and to highlight the creativity and craftsmanship of the mountain building community. Together they showcase many of today’s most sought-after construction trends, such as:
Designing the ultimate family retreat
Bear Flower Retreat in Arden by Buchanan Construction was built with togetherness in mind, featuring six bedrooms, a teenage lounge, theater, game room, wine cellar and exercise room.
