The free event, featuring Patrick Bowen of Bowen National Research, will showcase the 2025 Asheville Region Housing Needs Assessment. The presentation is scheduled for 10 a.m.-noon Tuesday, Aug. 26, at the Thomas Auditorium of Blue Ridge Community College in Flat Rock.

Bowen’s presentation will be followed by a panel discussion and a question-and-answer session addressing current and future housing needs in Buncombe, Henderson, Madison and Transylvania counties.
