Every Asheville restaurant cheffing up for Restaurant Week

ASHEVILLE, N.C. (828newsNOW) — The second course of Asheville Restaurant Week is here.

After an initial serving from Jan. 21 to 27, Asheville Restaurant Week returned this month beginning Feb. 18 to next Monday, Feb. 24.

During the event, participating restaurants craft a special menu for diners itching to try a new dining experience or to experience old favorites in a new way.

This week, participating restaurants include:

.5 oz green chartreuse

.5 oz black lime & bay leaf shrub

.5 oz brown sugar simple syrup

Instructions

  1. Pre-smoke bucket glass with dried rosemary.
  2. Mix ingredients in mixing glass and pour over single large cube in smoked glassware.
  3. Garnish with dehydrated lime and herb sprig!
