ASHEVILLE, N.C. (828newsNOW) — An overturned vehicle is causing traffic delays on Asheville’s west side Thursday morning.
The crash was reported around 7 a.m. at the intersection of Louisiana Avenue and Patton Avenue, where traffic is partially blocked.
